Windows 7 Computer Management Does Not Work
Since recently, for some reason, right-click control on my computer from the desktop has stopped working.

Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

If everything is correct then try to run this shortcut. If you do not correct as in the screenshots. If the shortcut is missing, create a new one with the name Computer management. If everything is correct for you, but the shortcut does not start, then you may have broken the file association lnk. To restore the mapping for lnk files apply the registry tweak reg file.

The mouse does not work.

You are completely at a loss. Trying to push different keys with the hope that something will happen and the mouse will work. And she doesn’t want # 128577;
Let’s look at a few tricks with which the keyboard can completely replace the mouse.
And it doesn’t matter what operating system you have. This principle is the same for all operating systems.
Example 1. Open the Paint image editing program.
For users of the operating system Windows XP.
The Paint window is open. (If you have several programs whose name begins with the English letter P. then just repeatedly press this key until the cursor enters the Paint program).

Now, by clicking on the corresponding letter on the keyboard, we can call up the menu item we need.
In the drop-down menu (drop-down menu) we also see menu items in which one of the letters or numbers is underlined. By clicking on the corresponding letter or number, we will call the execution of the corresponding menu item.
All such manipulations can also be done with the cursor keys. The only difference is that after selecting the necessary menu item, you will need to press the key Enter:.
If we do not want anything (change our mind), then press the key Esc:. In this case, we will return to the previous action of working with the program window.

Example 2. Shutting down the computer.
If there are open programs, then pressing this combination will close the programs.
