Tests showed that the sharpener really works. The stupid knife really becomes sharp and begins to cut paper. It is very convenient to use, you don’t need to study in essence. Sharpening speed turned out to be unequal for different knives. Some were imprisoned literally in a minute or two, others had to sharpen 15 minutes. Depends on which grinder the knives sharpened before that. Those who sharpened on the same sharpener were imprisoned in a minute, after others it took more time.

Other sharpeners of the same principle of action, but of different performance, also participated in comparative tests: according to the results of comparison, I can say that the heroine of the review was the most convenient in application.

Первый недостаток всех продольных точилок состоит в полном отсутствии вариативности заточки. При нормальной ручной заточке есть масса возможностей подобрать заточку под конкретный нож с учетом таких факторов как:.разрезаемый материал (картон/овощи/мясо/строгание дерева и т.д.).марка стали и ее термообработка.геометрия ножа.приоритеты хозяина ножа (максимальная резучесть/максимальная стойкость/сочетание стойкости и резучести) и т.д. При использовании такого рода точилок варианты отсутствуют в принципе. Вы получаете некий усредненный результат. Угол, заданный на точилке, может вообще не подходить для вашего ножа. Кроме того, на такой невозможно получить по-настоящему высокую степень остроты, хотя, справедливости ради, большинство домохозяек устроит и такая.

Второй недостаток является основным и критически важным. Именно из-за него такие точилки не любят те, кто бережно относятся к своим ножам. У этих точилок изначально ущербный принцип работы. Всё дело в том, что они нарезают борозды ВДОЛЬ режущей кромки ножа. Под микроскопом сразу после заточки это выглядит вот так: Разные ножи, разные продольные точилки, но результат всегда один и тот же, отличия в деталях. При традиционной заточке риски располагаются не вдоль, а либо строго перпендикулярно, либо под углом к режущей кромке: Кстати, как уже говорилось, изменяя угол заточки, направление рисок, их глубину, можно в широких пределах подстраивать заточку пол задачу, например, делая кромку более агрессивной зубастой или более сглаженной. Но главное- не это.

Точилка для ножей Ruixin Pro RX-008

Решил написать обывательско-потребительский обзор на купленную точилку Ruixin Pro RX-008. Ни к ножеманам, ни к маньякам-заточникам, тем более, себя не отношу.))) Из точилок есть первый пластиковый клон апекса и первая версия Ruixin (пластиковая). Увидев эту и прикинув ее плюсы/минусы заказал 11.11. Подробности под катом… Итак, точилка заказана с склада, получена через 4 дня после заказа, опробована и спрятана в шкаф до лучших времен…

Технических характеристик продавец не предоставляет, поэтому отсебятина: Материал — алюминиевый литейный сплав, сталь, пластик, резина Вертикальная штанга съемная, с нижним ограничителем угла Штанга держателя камней съемная, с ограничителем хода. Шар шарнира пластиковый Верхняя «пята» струбцины с резиновой накладкой Нижняя «пята» металлическая без накладок, зажимной винт в «пяте» проворачивается. Станина и поворотный механизм металлические (цинковый сплав), поворот 360 градусов, подпружинен Пластины держателя похоже из нержавейки Пластина с резьбовыми отверстиями похожа на алюминий Ручка держателя камней пластиковая, с регулируемым углом наклона. Комплект: сумка, станина со струбциной, вертикальная штанга, штанга держателя камней, держатель камней с ручкой, шаровая направляющая, комб-й ключ шестигранник-крест.отвертка, инструкция на английском, камни 120-320-600-1500 (3000-й от первой Ruixin)

После получения сразу сточил в плоскость болты, которые фиксируют на штангах шаровую направляющую, ограничитель угла и ограничитель хода.

Точилка поставляется в не плохой коробке (не сохранил), в такой не стыдно будет подарить. Весь комплект Инструкция вполне пригодна для использования по назначению (фото одного разворота). Заодно замерил толщину комплектных камней — от 5,0мм до 5,3мм. Сборка много времени не занимает. Для фото собирал не установленную на стол точилку, установленная собирается быстрее и проще. Вертикальная штанга, есть контр-гайка «барашек» Шаровая направляющая и штанга держателя камней С держателем камней.

Более подробно. Держатель камней. Ручка вполне удобная для работы. Вместо алюминиевого основания можно установить подходящий по размеру алмазный напильник. Хорошо видно, что держатели задраны вверх фиксирующими болтами. Как вариант — подложить между основанием и низом держателей прокладку подходящего размера, чтобы угловые вырезы держателей не уползали вверх. Либо на держатели приспособить какие-то ограничители, чтобы камни не выпадали. У одного продавца наткнулся на такое фото — в качестве бланка можно использовать напильники, камни и наждачную бумагу Станина. Ограничительные штифты поворотного механизма отлиты одной деталью с поворотным узлом, они из цинкового сплава. Пазы под штифты угловые, получается самозажимной фиксатор, из-за чего люфта нет. Но я что-то не сильно доверяю этому сплаву, поэтому готов к удалению этих штифтов и установке стальных (в будущем). Доступ к пружине сзади Поворотный узел смазан, пружина достаточно жесткая. Губки из 2-2.5 миллиметровых пластин (забыл замерить), вроде нержавейка, при зажиме не прогибаются. Винты под шестигранник и крест в потай, обратная пластина для винтов, вроде, из алюминия. Губки на концах со скосом, площадь прилегания к ножу достаточно большая. Возможно на губки надо наклеить полоски кожи, чтобы забыть о малярном скотче. Пластины достаточно широкие, 80 мм. Нож зажимается крепко. Латунная контр-гайка штанги держателя камней с насечкой, но рукой затягивается плохо, подтягивал плоскогубцами. В последующем можно поменять на гайку М6 или на более большую по диаметру контр-гайку (если найти, конечно). По совету AndyBig барашек здесь лучше не использовать — будет бить в металлическую обойму шара. Шар в обойме двигается без натяга, но люфта не наблюдаю. Отверстие в шаре соответствует диаметру штанги, люфта нет. Для тех, кто докопается — он есть, но минимален, как этот люфт описать — не знаю.

Ну и установка для целевого использования. Сильно впечатлительным можно пропустить данный раздел, ибо на заднем фоне «рабочий» бардак. Станина с вертикальной штангой. Шаровая направляющая и держатель камней. И самое главное — газета на пол, т.к. весь процесс заточки происходит над полом, а не над столом, как c предыдущими Ruixin. Ну и предмет заточки — нож Fortuna, купленный году эдак 2009-2010 в магазине Карусель. Эти ножи последний год точатся на точилке из IKEA. Угол заточки не менял, на Ruixin выставлял с помощью маркера. Для проверки сохранности угла при повороте на 180 использовал смартфон — погрешность по смартфону 0,5-1,5 градуса. Тут же видно, что камни дополнительно фиксировал полосками малярного скотча, чтобы камень не выпал (разбалтывается).

В итоге — заточил два ножа Fortuna, один златоустовский и филейник из IKEA. Использовал камни 320-600-1500-3000. Ножи бумагу строгают, руку бреют, а результирующий отзыв будет от супруги в течении пары дней.

Добавление. Нашел видео от Oleksii Silin с исправлениями на скорую руку, люфта шара и удлинения хода камня. Сам планирую в будущем сделать устойчивый удлинитель для крепления вертикальной штанги, втулку в шар и что-то придумать с поперечным люфтом в узле поворота.
