Xiaomi Bluetooth AirDots have built-in touch pads on the outside of each earphone. They respond to touch and allow you to control phone calls and playback.

Check the contacts on the headphones and case

There are at least 2 contacts on each earpiece. There are the same pins in the case where the headphone is installed. If these contacts are dirty or damaged, there will be no connection between the earpiece and the case. Accordingly it will not charge and disconnect from the phone. Charging

The gadget will not work if it is not charged, so place it in the case to fill up the battery before using it. If the light is red, the Redmi AirDots are charging, if white, they are ready for use.

Remove the headset from the case and wait a couple of seconds for the ear buds to sync up with each other. When the left one catches the right one’s signal, the synchronization is complete, as evidenced by the indicator light, which will start flashing white.

• Place both headphones in the case and close it.
• Press the side button for a few seconds until the light on the case lights up
• Now press the side button again for a few seconds until the light on the case starts to flash.
• The headphones are ready for pairing.
• Press the buttons on both earphones until the red light turns on.
