2) Cydia Impactor method
Almost every untethered or semi untethered jailbreak is based on the Cydia impactor method. It must use Windows / Mac or Linux computers to complete the iPad Jailbreak process.
Cydia impactor will let you sideload the jailbreak IPA to your iPad. You need to Provide Apple ID and Password to begin the process.
Also, now it has semi-tethered Checkra1n Jailbreak. It’s a new trend and permanent Jailbreak developed using Checkm8 exploit. This is still in beta and only available MAC users as dmg file. Step 02. Download Cydia impactor from the official site.
Step 03. Plug your iPad to the PC and Open Cydia impactor from PC.
Step 04. Drag and drop the Jailbreak IPA file on to Cydia impactor.
Step 05. It is required to provide Apple ID credentials to sideload the Jailbreak IPA file to iPad.
Step 06. Now the Jailbreak app has been installed on your iPad. Before open, the app verifies going through to “Settings General Device Management trust.”

4) Apple Store jailbreak
Apple accidentally approved PG Client application.
Pg Client was available to download for free from the App Store.
It supports iOS 9.2. Ios 9.3.3 jailbreak.
Pg Client used the same technique as the PP Jailbreak app.
Now you cannot use this method to jailbreak your iPad because the Apple store jailbreak was disabled by Apple.
Difference between Jailbroken and non-Jailbroken iPad
- Jailbroken iPad users have two different app stores as Cydia app store and official Apple app store. Non-jailbroken iPad users only can use Apple app store apps.
- Stock iPad users can customize devices according to Apple. But jailbroken iPad users can customize the device as they wish.
- Jailbroken iPad users can install the latest iOS features without upgrading. Non-jailbroken iPad users should upgrade the firmware version to install the latest iOS features.
- Older iPad users can unlock carriers after jailbreak. Non-jailbroken users should contact carrier providers to unlock.
Instructions before iPad Jailbreak
- Each jailbreak tool has its own specific jailbreak instructions. Ipad users should follow those instructions to avoid disturbances.
- Some jailbreak tools are not compatible with OTA updates (special Pangu). Therefore, you should use the iTunes firmware upgrade method instead of OTA.
