To do this, you also need to start the disk, and through Explorer, find the desired folder on the disk. Next, you need to select the necessary or music files. To do this, holding the Ctrl button on the keyboard, you need to click on the necessary files with the mouse.

Select the desired, click on any selected file with the right mouse button and then Copy:
