How to Close All Applications on Iphone 6s
There is no need to constantly close applications, but sometimes you have to do this if the application freezes or the iPhone has become very slow.
After the first launch of applications and when you exit them, iOS automatically pauses them to save battery power. After they are reopened, the system simply pauses them.
But some programs. especially Facebook, Pokemon and heavy media applications. do not always work stably. If you encounter a problem with the application freezing or its malfunctioning, you need to restart it.
In the past, I have been a supporter of forcibly closing all unused applications. But now I recommend closing them only if it is “buggy” or “hanging”, since the first launch of the application consumes much more energy and time than starting from a pause state.
How to close applications on iPhone
- Double click on the button Home (or tap on the left side of the screen using 3D Touch on iPhone 6s or newer) to display a list of running applications.
- Find attachment, which you want to close.
- Swipe up application card, which you want to close.
If you suspect that an app such as Facebook, Pokémon Go, or Skype is consuming excessive amounts of energy, you can go to the settings and check for suspicions.

How to simultaneously close three applications on the iPhone
You probably won’t often close more than one application, as this will inevitably reduce the performance and battery life, because the first launch consumes more power. But if you can’t find source of braking or fast battery consumption, you can use the gesture of closing up to three applications at once.
- Double click on the button Home (or tap on the left side of the screen using 3D Touch on iPhone 6s or newer) to display a list of running applications.
- Switch to applications, which you want to close. up to three at the same time.
- Using two to three fingers, swipe them up on flashcards applications, which you want to close.
How to close all applications without entering iPhone or iPad application manager
If for some reason you do not want to use the application manager application interface to close one of the programs, you can close it in the old fashion: Hold down the power and Home buttons.
- Go to the application that you want to force close.
- Hold the Power button until the “turn off” slider appears.
- Hold the Home button until you switch to the working device.
These are two different ways to close applications on the iPhone and iPad, but they have the same result.
