Dear sir, This is to inform you that I have replacement TV on 12.02.2021 50 inch. 1 year not complete again. Same problem coming on TV screen. Three week before 1 line come still now 4 lining coming. So treat this mail as urgency look into this issue immediately and rectify, Note: Because of ups also connection available in TV. He will attached the bill and TV screen photo.

I bought 3D TV LD50U7000, back in 2014, from Day 1 the 3D TV feature wasn’t working. after 6 or 8 months internet also stopped working. I registered complain many times, they are always telling me someone will come to visit to solve your issue, I do got the visit but every time I was informed this TV is now outdated and we cannot update it. We can fix some new hardware in it but it will cost around 14000 PKR. I bought the TV at 149000 PKR and can even use it for the purpose I bought it for. And the worst part is when I resist on giving the satisfaction code they clear and close the complain anyway.

Updated on 07/20/2022: DEAR SIR Haier India Pvt Ltd Greater Noida Haier customer. This is to inform you that I received a replacement TV display after the previous complaint. They told me that, Your problem has been solved. But after sometimes still it is showing me the same problem. The issue was when I turn on my TV after some times TV display turnouts automatically blank. Only sound comes out. I thought there is some technical issue so I switch off my TV with the remote but does not work. I have to switch it off from the main button for more than 10 minutes. Your team member told me that I have issue in my Wi-Fi network so for your kind information my TV is working on Net cable connection.

If you are claiming that because of my Network issue I have to switch off my TV for 10 minutes so I request you to give me all this in writing. I look forward to your immediate replay and a resolution to my problem. I will wait until the end of the day before seeking help from a consumer protection agency for investigation. Thanks Regards. Original: Few months ago I purchased 50 inches LCD from Haier company and within 8 months TVs screen started showing black dot and not working properly. After that I talked with customer care.
